To enrol your child/children at Chatswood Hills State School, you will find the school's enrolment information and agreement form and student enrolment application form can also be found in the Enrolment pack which is available at the school office.
Out of catchment enrolment applications will be recorded in order of receipt, by date and time. These applications will remain current only for the school year in which they are applying to enrol. Where a principal forms a preliminary view that an application will not succeed, parents will be notified in writing.
Enrolment requires that you and your child/children attend an interview. This can be arranged through the office. Once an interview has been arranged you will need to bring ALL the completed documents below with you on the day:
