​​If your circumstances change it is important that the school is notified and that the school has the most recent and correct information for:

  • name change

  • home address

  • parents' place of employment

  • emergency contacts

  • changes in serious medical conditions

  • alterations to custody arrangements (custody papers must be sighted by school and copies placed on school file).

A form for changing this information is available from the school office.
